Refund policy

At NAKHRAH FASHION (KIRIT KUMAR & SONS), we maintain a strict quality control process. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

*1. No Cancellation Policy*
We do not allow cancellations once an order is placed.
* Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation or dispatch.
* We do not provide cancellation refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

*2. No Refund Policy*
We currently do not offer refunds.
* No monetary refunds.
* Wallet credit valid for 30 days
* We only offer exchanges, subject to the conditions outlined below.

*3. Exchange Policy*
We offer exchanges only for Size issues or Color issues (only if the incorrect color was delivered).
* Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 Days of delivery.
* Conditions: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
* Process: The product must be returned to us first. Exchange will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
* Timeline: After inspection, the exchange product is dispatched within 3-5 working days and delivered within 3-8 working days, depending on your location.

*4. Return Policy (Defective or Delivery Issues ONLY)*
We accept returns ONLY in cases of a Defective product, Wrong product delivered, or Damaged product due to delivery.
* Notification: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
* Mandatory Uncut Video Proof: A proper, continuous, unedited, uncut unboxing video is compulsory. The video must start before opening the sealed package and clearly show the shipping label, the product inside, and the visible defect. Edited or cut videos will not be accepted. Claims without video proof will be automatically rejected.
* Resolution: After verification, we will arrange for a return pickup and process an exchange.
