* International Shipping: International orders are handled manually. Please connect with us directly on WhatsApp for shipping charges, estimated delivery timelines, and customs duties.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
* Orders are processed within 2-4 working days after confirmation.
* Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during festive seasons, sale periods, new launches, or unforeseen operational delays .
* Please note: Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Delivery Timelines (India)
* After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 3-8 working days, depending on your location.
* Timelines may vary based on city tier, courier operations, weather, or public holidays.
4. Order Tracking
* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, including a tracking link and courier partner details.
* If you do not receive tracking details within 4 working days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
5. Failed Deliveries & Damaged Packages
* Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
* If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting courier charges .
* If you receive a tampered or damaged package, refuse delivery if possible. If already accepted, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details .
